Introducing Pico

Our newest collection of specialty coffee ceramics celebrates the heritage of California design from the Arts and Crafts movement to Midcentury Modernism. The design was driven by our affinity for handmade craftsmanship, organic materials, and the natural landscape of our native Los Angeles.

The collection is named after Pico Boulevard, the iconic thoroughfare that runs from the Pacific Ocean to downtown LA uniting many of the city’s most culturally diverse neighborhoods and vibrant culinary destinations.

Our design team integrated feedback from the LA barista community into each round of prototypes to ensure that Pico would meet the demands of specialty coffee shops, restaurants, and hospitality settings around the world. Every detail was meticulously designed to make Pico fit for performance.

From the glazed lip for the perfect sip and the tulip shape to keep beverage temperatures stable, to the oft-forgotten spoon that nestles perfectly in the saucer and rests intuitively in hand, every detail was meticulously designed to make Pico a treasured part of your coffee ritual.

Pico cups are available in four sizes and three matte glaze colors: white, natural, and black. Saucers and espresso spoons are sold separately so you can customize your collection.

Hear from the notNeutral team about the inspiration behind the design, and how the Pico collection was born:
